Welcome to Zumirex. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website zumirex.com and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All prices on the Site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order based on incorrect information, including after an order has been submitted. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where the delivery address is outside our service area.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship across Australia. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.

8. Returns and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for details about returns, refunds and exchanges. We offer a 30-day return window in addition to your rights under the ACL.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and product designs, is owned by or licensed to Zumirex and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

10. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the Site, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, or to upload any content that is harmful, defamatory, infringing or offensive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
