Refund policy

At Zumirex, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return an item, request a refund or exchange. This Policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — nothing in this Policy limits or excludes those rights.

1. 30-day return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and documentation included;
  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.

2. Items that cannot be returned

Unless faulty or not as described, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Gift cards;
  • Personalised or custom-made items;
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" at the time of purchase;
  • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used (for health and safety reasons).

3. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us as soon as possible — including outside the 30-day window — and we will work with you to provide a remedy in accordance with the ACL.

4. How to start a return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Zumirex.products@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a tracked postal service.

Please do not send returns back without contacting us first — we may be unable to process unannounced returns.

5. Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • If the refund is for a faulty or incorrectly supplied item, original shipping fees will also be refunded.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product, please contact us within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

8. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Sale items

Sale items can be returned within the 30-day window unless marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase. Refunds for sale items are issued at the price actually paid.
