This Shipping Policy explains how Zumirex ships orders within Australia. By placing an order on zumirex.com you agree to the terms below.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, including remote areas. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Express shipping options, where available, are shown at checkout.
3. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed the next business day.
4. Estimated delivery times
- Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra): 2 to 5 business days
- Regional Australia: 4 to 8 business days
- Remote and rural areas (incl. parts of NT, FNQ, WA outback): 5 to 10 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you do not receive tracking within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
6. Failed delivery and unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a depot, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping costs may apply.
7. Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
8. Risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel, or selecting an authority-to-leave option at checkout where available.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
